Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Follow up with new and existing customers.
Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
Maintain daily communication and follow-up records.
Achieve assigned performance targets.
Provide skilled customer assistance.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Own a Windows computer and headset.
Reliable internet connection and reliable electricity supply.
Quiet working environment.
Responsible, proactive, and target-oriented.
Working Schedule
10 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
Weekly Off: Sunday
