Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate crew members to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), food safety, and operational procedures.
Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, service speed, and key business performance indicators during the shift.
Manage crew deployment, shift scheduling, and manpower allocation to ensure effective operations.
Ensure accurate food preparation, product availability, and timely order delivery across all service channels.
Monitor inventory, food waste, labor costs, and operational expenses to support profitability.
Conduct shift briefings, coach crew members, and provide regular feedback to improve team performance.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure equipment maintenance, workplace safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Complete shift handovers, operational reports, and cash management activities accurately.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
