Statutory Compliance
Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Form 16, statutory reporting, compliance filings, and audit support.
Exposure to payroll-related statutory governance and compliance monitoring.

Payroll Accounting & Financial Close
Solid experience in Salary JV creation, payroll accounting, GL reconciliation, payroll liability accounts, audit schedules, and SAP FI/HCM.
Direct exposure to payroll accounting and financial controls, which is a core requirement.

Audit Management
Experience coordinating with statutory auditors and tax auditors.
Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.

Employee Taxation
Managed TDS filings, Form 16 generation, income tax projections, tax reconciliations, and employee payroll tax queries.

System Exposure
Solid ERP and payroll systems exposure including SAP HCM, SAP FI, RAMCO, SPINE, Adrenalin, and Tally.
