Install, maintain and provide first-level technical support for CCTV surveillance systems, networking devices and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure IP/Analog CCTV cameras.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot camera, power and network issues.
Install and terminate Cat6 cables and RJ45 connectors.
Configure basic IP settings.
Support DVR/NVR and PoE switches.
Coordinate with ISP teams.
Replace faulty accessories.
Maintain reports with photographs.
Escalate complex issues to L2.
