Require a Stores & Purchase Officer for site and head office.
Key responsibilities
– Procurement of construction materials against approved indents and project schedules
– Collection and comparison of quotations, vendor negotiation and issue of purchase orders
– Receipt and inspection of materials and GRN entries
– Stock control, issue registers and monthly material reconciliation
– Coordination with site engineers and QS on requirements and consumption
– Vendor records, payment follow-up and timely delivery
Qualification and experience: Graduate or Diploma (Civil/Mechanical) with 3 to 6 years' stores and purchase experience in construction. Knowledge of ERP/Tally and MS Excel.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
