Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements and complaints.
Prepare job cards with accurate customer and vehicle details.
Explain the required service, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle service status.
Ensure customer approval before carrying out additional repairs or replacements.
Monitor service progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Explain completed service work and billing details to customers.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service-related queries professionally.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.




Promote periodic maintenance, free services, and value-added services.
Maintain proper service records and ensure accurate documentation.
Achieve customer satisfaction, service revenue, and other assigned targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer service standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
