– Store Incharge (Civil Site)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma Preferred

Department: Store & Inventory – Civil Project Site

Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure timely availability of all construction materials required at the project site.
Maintain inward/outward registers, stock registers, GRNs and material issue records.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Monitor stock levels and raise timely material requirements to avoid shortages.
Coordinate with site engineers, purchase and accounts departments.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and material reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage,



handling and prevention of material wastage or pilferage.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in store management at a civil construction site.
Positive knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregate and other site materials.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory documentation.
Solid coordination, record-keeping and inventory management skills.
Ability to ensure proper material availability and control at the project site.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
