Experience: 5+ Years in a Reputed Event Management Company

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Operations & Production Manager who can independently plan, budget, manage and execute corporate events and exhibitions with complete ownership of quality, cost and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage end-to-end corporate events and exhibitions.
Prepare detailed event budgets, production costing and BOQs.
Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations and cost optimisation.
Prepare production schedules, timelines and execution checklists.
Coordinate with Creative, 3D Design, Client Servicing and Production teams.
Conduct venue recce and plan technical, fabrication, AV and logistics requirements.
Lead on-ground event execution, setup, rehearsals and dismantling.
Ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets.
Maintain high quality standards and attention to every detail.




Track actual costs against budgets and protect project profitability.
Manage multiple projects, teams and vendors simultaneously.
Complete post-event costing, vendor settlements and project closure.

Required SkillsStrong expertise in event production planning, budgeting, Excel costing sheets, vendor negotiations, technical production and team management.

Ideal Candidate5+ years of experience with a reputed corporate event management company, excellent planning and budgeting skills, solid commercial understanding and the ability to independently deliver complex events.

Key Expectation: Complete ownership of every event, ensuring quality execution, timely delivery and profitability within budget.
