Job Brief: Join JSW Steel Limited's Maintenance Department as a dedicated team member responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and reliability of manufacturing equipment. This role involves hands-on maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous production processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to minimizing downtime, enhancing equipment efficiency, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced steel manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules and shutdown activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacements.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working setting.




Assist in the installation and commissioning of current equipment and machinery as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and report potential equipment failures to senior maintenance staff.
Support inventory management by monitoring and requesting necessary spare parts and tools.
Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques and industry standards.
