We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Student Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for student engagement, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update all enquiry details in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team performance.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with academic and other internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain daily reports and follow-up records.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in education counselling, sales, or admissions will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
