Managing RO (Release Orders) creation and processing.
Sharing invoices and ledger statements with distributors/parties.
Following up on outstanding payments and visiting parties for collection, wherever required.
Creating CMS entries against the respective payments.
Coordinating with the CC team and HO team for payment reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
Depositing cheques received from distributors/parties into the company's bank account.
Ensuring timely collection follow-ups and proper documentation of payments and outstanding balances.
