Key Responsibilities:
Build, deploy, and manage high-performance APIs using Python, following industry standards and best practices for scalability and reliability
Write clean, productive, and well‑documented code to ensure maintainability and performance
Develop, optimize, and maintain LLM prompts and Tools
Design, test, and refine AI agents, workflows, and automation pipelines that leverage LLMs for business processes
Evaluate LLM performance, perform prompt tuning, and implement guardrails/safeguards for production‑grade AI systems
Integrate agents with the API
Implement and meet project timelines and deadlines
Participate in agile development processes (e.g., sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field




3+ years of experience in software development
Proven experience as a Backend Developer with solid proficiency in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask
Experience in LLM prompt engineering, AI agent development, or workflow automation (OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain)
Solid understanding of database management systems (MongoDB, MySQL)
Experience with RESTful API development and integration
Proficiency with version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
