Site Engineer (Civil)

Mojo Homes is looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) with solid technical knowledge, site management skills to manage & supervise our construction activities. He/she must be able to ensure quality construction within the stipulated time and budget.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide civil construction works at the site including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, and modular installations.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure material availability and effective workflow.
Monitor the quality of workmanship and conduct routine checks to maintain high standards.
Handle in office measurements, progress tracking, and daily reporting to the project manager.




Ensure safety protocols are followed by all site workers.
Resolve any technical or execution-related issues that arise during the work.
Attend site meetings with clients and consultants as required.
Maintain site documentation including work checklists, attendance logs, and progress reports.
Coordinate handover processes and ensure snag-free delivery of the project.

Job requirements:
Must have a Civil Engineering degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Should have knowledge in Quantity Surveying of necessary materials at site

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
