Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Kochi Kerala. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth project execution by supporting order management, documentation, and certification processes.

Your work will contribute directly to delivering high-quality safety systems to our global customers.

Key responsibilities
Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
Create and manage orders in the ERP system
Prepare and maintain delivery documentation, including certificates and manuals
Coordinate and manage class certifications for systems




Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
Support internal teams to ensure effective and smooth project execution

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
Marine background experience
Robust attention to detail and structured way of working
Valuable communication skills with skilled working proficiency in English

Desirable:
Experience working with ERP/SAP or in a computerized environment
