Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily activities at residential and commercial construction sites.
Coordinate masons, helpers, carpenters, bar benders, plumbers, electricians, and other labour teams.
Monitor execution of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities.
Ensure site work follows the drawings and instructions provided by engineers.
Track daily labour attendance, productivity, and work progress.
Monitor construction material availability, consumption, and wastage.
Inform engineers and management about material requirements in advance.
Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs.
Ensure construction work meets company quality and safety requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Report technical issues,



delays, and quality concerns immediately.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates familiar with RCC, masonry, finishing works, and residential construction site operations.
Practical knowledge of residential building construction.
Labour handling and contractor coordination.
Basic understanding of construction drawings.
Material management and site reporting.
Ability to handle day-to-day site activities independently.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
