We are looking for experienced Supply and Demand Planning professionals to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply availability while ensuring smooth business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, and business requirements.
Develop supply plans to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams.
Identify demand-supply gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
Manage stock-outs, excess inventory,
and supply constraints.
Prepare planning reports and dashboards using Excel and planning tools.
Support monthly demand and supply review meetings.
Ensure timely execution of supply and replenishment plans.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning.
Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
Experience with ERP/planning tools such as SAP, APO, IBP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work in adaptable shifts.
