Monitor and support production applications running on Kubernetes/GKE settings.
Manage incident response, RCA, problem management, and service restoration activities.
Define and improve SLI, SLO, SLA, and Error Budget practices.
Develop automation solutions using Java and cloud APIs to reduce operational toil.
Implement and maintain observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Cloud Monitoring, or similar tools.
Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Platform teams to improve application reliability and availability.
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Drive platform stability, capacity planning, performance tuning, and resiliency improvements.
Participate in on-call support and production release activities.
