Designation: - Accounts Head

Location: - Prithla, Palwal (Haryana)

Role & Responsibilities: -

(Significant Requirement: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with MSBC software/ Dynamics 365 Business Central). Knowledge and hands-on experience with MSBC software/ Dynamics 365 Business Central are mandatory.)

Knowledge of debit control and credit control, including customer/vendor debit notes, credit notes, outstanding balances, and account reconciliation.
Assist in monitoring customer credit limits, payment terms, overdue accounts, and collection follow-ups.
Identify discrepancies in debit and credit balances and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
Prepare periodic financial and control reports for management review.
Lead the accounts team and ensure accuracy, transparency,



and timely completion of accounting activities.
Manage overall accounting operations, including general accounting, financial reporting, and ledger management.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing and accurate accounting.
Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and MIS reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Review bank reconciliations, customer accounts, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
Monitor outstanding payments, overdue receivables, and vendor liabilities.
