About the Role
ESCON Gensets is looking for Project Site Engineers to manage the installation, commissioning and execution of DG sets, acoustic enclosures and industrial equipment projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site installation, erection, commissioning and testing.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, structural and fabrication activities.
Manage contractors, technicians, vendors and site teams.
Read and interpret technical drawings and project layouts.
Monitor project progress, material availability, quality and timelines.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection checklists and handover documents.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards, PPE and HSE guidelines.
Coordinate with project managers and design teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in site execution, installation or commissioning.
Experience in DG sets, gensets, acoustic enclosures, HVAC, industrial equipment or fabrication projects is preferred.
Knowledge of mechanical components, electrical coordination and technical drawings.
Valuable coordination, troubleshooting and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
