We are looking for talented, passionate, and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our growing team at ConvexTech!

Key Requirements
Hands-on experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
Experience working with Implementation Partners.
Valuable knowledge of W2, 1099 & C2C hiring models.
Experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting IT consultants.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the complete US recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment.
Source and screen qualified IT consultants.
Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
Handle W2,



1099, and C2C requirements.
Manage candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
