Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using Temenos systems.
Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on recent systems and processes.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with system implementation.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Experience working with Temenos systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with stakeholders.
Robust analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies and version control systems.
