Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Navi Mumbai's Vashi Sector 30 A. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities will also include employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, executing recruitment plans, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
Experience in Employer Branding strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Robust organizational and time management skills
Experience in the HR or talent acquisition industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
