Role & responsibilities :
Identify suitable locations for setting up MedPlus LAB Collection Centers.
Identify and approach shop/property owners for potential locations.
Negotiate rental terms and finalize suitable shops as per business requirements.
Coordinate with property owners and internal teams for documentation and closure.
Conduct site visits and assess locations based on business requirements.
Maintain details of potential properties and follow up until finalization.
Support the team in timely execution of new collection center openings.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Robust networking and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of local areas and commercial properties will be preferred.
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel within Chennai for site visits.
