Key Responsibilities

A. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition and sourcing to offer negotiation, onboarding, and joining.
Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for various positions across departments.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, and skilled networks.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within agreed recruitment timelines.

B. Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, niche, and recurring positions.
Develop talent pools for engineering, production, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, and other functional roles, as applicable.
Identify passive candidates and establish qualified networks to support future hiring requirements.
Strengthen employer branding and improve the organisation’s visibility among prospective candidates.

C. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications, competency requirements, and selection criteria.
Coordinate interviews,



collect feedback, and ensure timely decision-making by stakeholders.
Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures and manage candidate expectations.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

D. Recruitment Operations and MIS
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and offer status reports.
Prepare periodic MIS reports on vacancies, recruitment progress, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
Monitor recruitment expenditure and ensure effective utilisation of job portals and recruitment agencies.
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
