Key Responsibilities
Manage plant-wise sales operations and Sales Engineers.
Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
Develop current customers across automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial segments.
Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing negotiations, and recent business development.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Manage customer relationships, payment follow-ups, and escalations.
Monitor plant-wise sales performance, order bookings, and sales forecasts.
Prepare monthly sales MIS and review team performance.
