Job Summary

Tirupati Balajee is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to communicate with customers, handle incoming and outgoing calls, explain company products or services, and generate potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Explain company products or services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up reports.
Build positive customer relationships and address basic queries.
Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.





Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Confidence in handling phone calls and customer queries.
Positive attitude, convincing skills, and a willingness to learn.
