Eligibility & Qualifications:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions based on assigned programmes.
Conduct training in technical, non-technical, soft skills, and employability skills.
Facilitate practical, activity-based, and learner-centric sessions.
Must possess a valid Training of Trainers (TOT) Certification from a recognised institution or training programme.
Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
Relevant subject knowledge and practical training experience.
Solid communication, presentation,



and classroom management skills.
Basic computer and digital literacy.
Experience in government-sponsored skill development program will be an added advantage.

Excellent teaching and facilitation skills.
Ability to train diverse groups of learners.
Practical and activity-based teaching methodologies.
Student mentoring and performance assessment.
Digital tools, smart classroom and LMS proficiency.
