Job Summary:

You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent through various sourcing platforms, supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives in a agile tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify candidates through various recruiting tools.

•Expertise in portal sourcing using Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and other Job Portals.





•Excellent Tech/IT Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific requirements.

•Demonstrates ability to manage own workflow and resolve questions and problems with supervisor.

Requirements:
Candidates should have 1 - 3 Years of experience in recruitment.
Closures, ability to develop new strategies of recruitment, etc.
Ability to understand Job Descriptions & tweak the strategy for closures.
Candidate should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, development of his/her own pipeline, excellent sourcing skills from social sites with positive & healthy networking.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
