Job Objectives:
Property/land site visits & physical verification
Real estate market and project analysis
Land/property document verification & due diligence
Coordination with owners, brokers, lawyers, consultants and internal teams
Venture/project documentation and checklist management
Tracking approvals, commitments and action items
Identifying risks, gaps and fallout points
Preparing site visit and investment/project reports
Regular follow-up until transaction/project closure

Skills & Proficiency:
Understanding of real estate, land acquisition, property documentation,



and project evaluation.
Solid analytical, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS office
Ability to conduct site assessments and prepare structured reports.
Willingness to travel for property and land site visits.

Communication Skills: English, Telugu & Hindi

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience: 5 years of experience in related field.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Salary Package : 35-50k per month
