Job Title: Store Executive

Department: Stores / Purchase

Location: KMC Hospital, Kannur

Job Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and maintain inventory records.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory documentation.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of materials.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Finance, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
Monitor expiry dates and maintain proper storage conditions for medical and non-medical supplies.
Prepare stock reports and maintain documentation for audit purposes.





Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Diploma in Hospital Administration, or Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Experience in store management, inventory control, or hospital stores is preferred.
Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.

Skills Required
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
Valuable organizational and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
