Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have-
Minimum 2 HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation Experience in UK region
Hands on experience in Implementation, Support, Roll-out & upgrade project in HR space
This position requires robust analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations.
Having a positive skill in gathering and documenting business requirements for enhancements, writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
Experience on quarterly patch testing, release as part of product.
HCM Cloud Certification
Valuable-to-Have
Knowledge on any other Technical like HCM Extract, HDL
Experience in Core HR, Benefit and H&A; modules
