Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, primarily US-based clients.
Assist customers with queries related to US tax preparation and tax filing services.
Provide accurate information regarding company services and customer requirements.
Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or relevant systems.
Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Meet daily productivity, call quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain skilled communication and build positive customer relationships.
