Job Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
· Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
· Explain company products and services to customers.
· Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
· Maintain daily calling records and customer databases.
· Welcome and greet visitors, clients and guests professionally.
· Manage the reception area and attend to visitors.
· Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
· Receive and coordinate courier and document deliveries.
· Provide basic administrative and front-desk support.
· Coordinate with different departments whenever required.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
