Role & responsibilities
Technical Assistance & Site Inspection
On-Site Testing: Conducting quality checks in office (such as bend/re-bend tests, weight-per-meter checks, and elongation verification).
Blueprint Review: Examining structural drawings and engineering designs to recommend the accurate grade (e.g., Fe 500, Fe 550D, Fe 600) and diameter of TMT bars required.
Storage & Handling Guidance: Advising site supervisors on how to properly store rebars to prevent corrosion, rust, and structural degradation before use.
Customer & Influencer Engagement (B2B Support)
Influencer Relations: Building technical rapport with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and civil contractors.
Technical Workshops: Conducting awareness programs and "Masons' Meets" to educate site workers on optimal steel-cutting, bending, and tying practices.
Addressing Grievances: Investigating on-site technical complaints (e.g., bars snapping during fabrication) and providing root-cause analysis reports back to the plant.
Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement
Project Approvals:



Securing technical approval for the companys product from government bodies (like PWD, NHAI, or railways) and large infrastructure developers.
Competitor Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on the physical and mechanical performance of rival steel brands in the market.
Influencers connect
Connect directly with block level govt. & private engineers for recent upcoming projects / sites.
Connect with Local contractors for running / upcoming projects / sites.
Connect with Masons / Head masons for sites following up / upcoming projects / sites technical supports.
