Role & responsibilities
As a process associate you will be responsible for management of entire life cycle of the order
Working with CRM systems and client systems and processing Orders as per client requirements.
You will be responsible for performing feasibility checks providing estimates with suggestions for projects that are current and in the pipeline. .
Job role will also involve preparing a proper invoice for the client in accordance with their Expectations.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent oral & written communication skills.
Should have excellent skill in email and text message handling.
Should have valuable typing and multitasking skills.
Shift : Day Shift .
Salary : Fixed Salary + Monthly Incentives.
