Process: International Voice / Customer Service

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-offs

Work Location: As per business requirement

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve banking-related queries efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service with a personalized approach.
Assist customers with banking services, transactions and account-related requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Follow banking regulations, compliance, risk management and data privacy guidelines.
Manage multiple applications while handling customer interactions.

Desired Skills:




Minimum 2 years of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable customer handling, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of banking operations is an added advantage.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Willing to work from office 5 days a week during the training period.
