Position - Sr .Manager/ Manager - Corporate Finance

Experience: 6 to 12 Years in Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Fundraising

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute; strong foundation in financial management and corporate strategy

Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine financial strategies, models, and forecasts for business planning and decision-making
Drive capital structuring initiatives and ensure optimal financing mix for the organization
Lead debt and equity fundraising efforts, negotiate with banks, financial institutions, and investors
Manage investor relations and ensure transparent communication of financial performance
Oversee cash flow planning, working capital optimization, and liquidity management
Implement robust treasury controls and risk mitigation strategies
Manage banking relationships for term loans, working capital, and trade finance
Ensure compliance with loan covenants,



documentation, and regulatory requirements
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory frameworks
Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships through financial analysis and due diligence

What You Bring
6 to 12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, Project Finance, treasury, an fundraising
Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning
Robust negotiation skills and ability to manage complex banking and investor relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with CXOs and external stakeholders
Ability to thrive in quick-paced, energetic environments while maintaining attention to detail
