JD: System Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain Desktops, Laptops, networking equipment (routers/switches), and operating systems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory/O365).
Perform regular security patches, software updates, and upgrades to ensure maximum uptime.
Maintain printers, scanners, and user workstations (troubleshooting, repair, installation).
Implement firewalls, antivirus, and backup solutions for data integrity.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and handle vendor coordination. Installation and Managing CCTV related works
Assist in corporate SIM allocation, activation, and deactivation
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT inventory
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards





Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Any degree
Experience: 2 -3 years of experience in system administration.
Robust knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
