Key Roles & Responsibilities – Finance Executive
Review outstanding balances and conduct timely follow-ups with customers and internal business teams for resolution.
Prepare and post journal entries for necessary accounting adjustments, provisions, reclassifications, and corrections.
Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including reviewing, recording, and processing financial transactions in SAP.
Monitor pending and overdue open items and follow up with customers and respective business teams for timely closure.
Support monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing activities.
Working knowledge of Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF and IF.
