Fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering with a solid interest in mechanical component design and product development.
Basic knowledge of 3D modelling and 2D drafting using CREO / AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, dimensional tolerances, and design calculations.
Basic knowledge of mechanical components, material properties, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards.
Awareness of DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), DVP (Design Validation Plan), and APQP is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of product testing, validation, benchmarking, and recent product development.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems, valves, and automotive braking components will be an added advantage.
Willingness to learn PLM systems, CAE tools, and structural analysis.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers from the 2025 / 2026 batch.
Candidates with academic projects or internships related to mechanical design, automotive components, or product development will be preferred.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing and R&D; setting.
