Job Summary A System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting an organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, networks, and user accounts, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, desktops, laptops, and networking devices.
Manage campus network, Wi-Fi, firewall, switches, and structured cabling.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
Provide technical support to staff, faculty, and students for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
Maintain IT helpdesk logs and ensure timely issue resolution.
Conduct regular backups, updates,



and system audits.
Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of academic software and college ERP systems.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and system changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
Robust knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and IT
Knowledge of ERP systems, CCTV management, and virtualization tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
