Problem Solving &
Stability:

Analyze daily production issues using structured tools (5-Why, Fishbone) and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Productivity &
Line Optimization:

Execute line balancing, cycle time reduction, and manpower deployment to maximize output per man-hour.
Lean &
Continuous Improvement:

Drive 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and TPM initiatives on the shop floor.
Automation &
Quality:

Support low-cost/semi-automation projects and work with quality teams to implement poka-yoke and reduce rejections.

Key Requirements:
Experience:

For Industrial Engineer role : 3+ years of exp in Industrial Engineering For Industrial Engineer Manager role : 10+ yrs of exp in Industrial Engineering
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
Key Skills: Line Balancing, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, RCA, and Process Parameter Monitoring.
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
