Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements in Not-for-Profit (NFP), Employee Benefit Plan (EBP), and Single Audit sectors.
Execute audit procedures across assigned areas (cash, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, payables, revenue, payroll, equity) in line with the audit plan.
Perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and tests of controls, including sampling, vouching, and tracing.
Assist with risk assessment, planning, and walkthroughs of key processes and internal controls.
Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports for technical accuracy and completeness.
Evaluate and document the results of testing, identify exceptions, and escalate issues to the Senior/Manager promptly.
Participate in internal training, quality control initiatives, and process improvement activities.
Support firm growth through business development activities, proposal assistance, and networking.

Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or related field.

Experience:
6months – 3 years of audit experience with US clients.
Background in Single Audits, Not-for-Profit, and Employee Benefit Plan, CIRA audits.




Experience in managing multiple concurrent engagements and teams.

Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of US GAAP and US GAAS (AICPA); familiarity with PCAOB standards is a plus.
Familiarity with audit software (e.g., OnPoint, CCH Engagement, CaseWare, Thomson Reuters, or similar).
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
