ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Executive in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is a full-time, on-site position with a joining period of 60 days. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for both operational and corporate roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process from understanding requirements through to onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Screen and shortlist potential candidates to meet job specifications.
Coordinate interview processes and manage offer documentation.
Maintain detailed recruitment reports to track progress and outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in recruitment.
Expertise in using job portals for candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Robust follow-up abilities to ensure candidate engagement.
