US IT Recruiter – FTE/W2 Sourcing

Location: Hyderabad – Onsite

Working Hours: 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Role Overview

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing qualified IT candidates for US-based requirements, with a primary focus on FTE and W2 employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Understand the JD and identify required skills, experience, location, and work arrangement.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, internal databases, referrals, and other job portals.
Use Boolean search and effective sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
Review resumes and match candidates against client requirements.
Screen candidates for technical skills, relevant experience, location, availability, and applicable work authorization.




Confirm the candidate's interest and eligibility for the applicable FTE/W2 employment arrangement.
Clearly explain the role, client, location, work arrangement, and employment type to candidates.
Submit only qualified candidates who meet the requirement and are genuinely interested in FTE/W2 opportunities.
Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and ATS/tracker.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
Meet daily and weekly sourcing/submission targets.

Sourcing Process

Requirement → Source FTE/W2 Candidates → Resume Screening → Skill & Work Authorization Verification → Confirm FTE/W2 Interest → Submit → Interview → Follow-up → Offer → Onboarding
