We are looking for fresh graduates with exceptional English communication skills who can join our team.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The person would be working in the US IT staffing and Recruitment industry.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates would get a transparent understanding of advantages, compensations, US Visa / employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT etc.
Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
Sourcing from various Job Portals Viz. (Dice, Monster etc.).
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
Proactively building a resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must be very fluent in English and demonstrate a solid command over the language.
Knowledge of current Information Technology trends.
The Candidate must have a strong understanding of IT Technical skills.
This position requires the candidate to work USA Eastern Hours (i.e. 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 am IST)
Location of Office: Mumbai, Dadar (East)
Bachelor's degree.
Candidates will be trained on the following:
Boolean Search
Sourcing Resumes
Recruitment techniques
Understanding of US Visa / employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT etc.
