Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the R&D; function, ensuring timely hiring of qualified technical specialists across engineering and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D; and engineering positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
Screen candidates, schedule interviews and manage the selection process.
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely position closures.

Desired Profile
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience in technical hiring for Electronics, Embedded Systems, Hardware, Firmware, Software or Mechanical Engineering roles.
Positive sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.
