1 to 4 years of experience in US recruitment.
Solid understanding of US tax terms, including W2, C2C, 1099, and tax classifications.
Experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Valuable understanding of US recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions.
Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work in the US night shift (8 PM 4:30 AM IST).

Remote and hybrid options are not available.
Candidates must be able to commute to the office independently.
