Lead and guide a team to achieve assigned business and recruitment targets.
Coordinate with team members and support them in daily activities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and prospects.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
Attend virtual meetings, training programs, and certification sessions.
Assist in onboarding and mentoring current team members.
Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and processes.
Promote the bank's financial products and services through digital platforms.
Contribute to team growth and business expansion initiatives.





Preferred candidate profile
Female candidates only (Housewives preferred).
Age: Above 35 years.
Qualification: Any Degree.
Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
Should be residing in Visakhapatnam.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet, and online communication tools.
Self-motivated with leadership and team-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently from home.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
