Prepare monthly and quarterly recruitment plans based on approved manpower budgets.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all dealership functions.
Ensure timely closure of replacement and additional manpower requirements.
Prioritize critical and long-pending vacancies.
Maintain a continuous talent pipeline for key positions.
Develop sourcing strategies to recruit experienced automobile technicians and mechanics.
Source skilled manpower from automobile workshops, authorized dealerships, independent garages and technical institutes.
Explore recruitment prospects in other states, including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and North-East India.
Coordinate technical assessments and practical skill evaluations.
Build a database of experienced technicians for future requirements.
